ADNOC Projects Department approved ZyIMAGE software as the Document Control System for ADNOC construction projects. Thereby, projects documentation are archived on ZyIMAGE software during the project life-cycle and Archived on searchable CDs for future post project search for maintenance related issues.

Commercial Bank International - CBI, we have automated the Personal Loans approval process for nine branches for CBI. Significantly reducing the time it takes the bank to approve the loans application. The application goes through several steps of approval from the branches (in different cities in UAE), to the Credit Department in Dubai, to the Operations department in Sharjah. The whole application can be processed, tracked and approved in minutes.

Dubai Courts’s Archiving system project. The project involved importing all the images of the Judgment Documents from anohter archiving system and store them in ZyIMAGE full text archiving system. Through the implementation of ZyIMAGE webserver’s module, users are currently able to use the browser and search through the full content of over 1,000,000 Arabic Images imported to the ZyIMAGE system.

GAMCO ( Gulf Aircraft Maintenance Company) has ZyIMAGE implemented at over 15 departments to archive information for the different departments from HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, Aircraft Maintenance, and many others.

The company has successful completed several other archiving projects based on ZyIMAGE system for; Al Habtoor Engineering, IRSHAD (one of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company subsidiaries), the UAE Military, Banks and others.

Juma Al Majid Establishement have their sales data across 25 organisations analyzed in three days. Demonstrating the ability to have an over view and then drill into details, in addition to what-IF scenarios analysis. In addition to showing the KPIs of interest to the Business Units managers.

National Drilling Compnay ( Adnoc Group company) has four applications developed within one month to address Mantenance & Materials, Project Management, HR & Finance on top of the SAP Data.
